This week was great! Lots of good things rolling!
We went to Temple Square with some people we are teaching. Antonio and Carmen have been taught several times in the past. We think they just didn't like the missionaries or the missionaries didn't answer any of their questions well.. but they are keeping commitments and progressing. We have focused a lot on the book of mormon and receiving their answer and this weekend was a big step. As we watched the video in the museum about the First Vision. Carmen said she felt something strongly and us and the members testified of the spirit. She also sent us a big thank you text afterwards and we are hoping they have built a testimony of the restoration. They aren't married so pray for them that they will decide to aline their will with God's
We are teaching several people a d having lots of fun with them. Especially Paloma and Edgar. They accepted a date to be baptized!!
I know the truthfulness of the book of mormon. It has been key for the current people we are teaching and throughout my whole mission. Some of the coolest spiritual moments have been reading in the book of mormon with those we teach
I love the work and we are doing good. Still is raining and pouring here in mid June.
