Hola todos!
This week was incredible! We saw a TON of miracles and the Lord is preparing people to hear his gospel.
We had exchanges this week and we started out with me going to the English Area with Elder Rogers. Elder Rogers has been out for about 2 months and he is super funny. He lacks a little bit of confidence but it was cool to see the huge improvement he has made as a missionary in a short amount of time. He is super funny. As we were going to bed he told me "I have sleep paralysis so if I don't wake up its because my sleep paralysis demon got me." I was like nah you're joking and then he told me what he looked like and stuff soooo yeah.. didn't sleep too well that night hahahah
Emersons family went to the temple for the first time. They are so amazing! And they are super strong and converted to the gospel.
We found one of the funniest guys yet on my mission. His name is Jose and he git here at 2am on Wednesday. Each time we talk to him he loves the gospel and as we taught him he showed his 100% attention to us even though it was raining and kids were screaming at the park next to us. He is super elect and he won't accept a specific date yet but he will very soon.
Enrique is someone we met not long ago and he has a solid testimony of Joseph Smith. We extended baptism for the 11th of September and he was like of course and thats also my birthday. So that will be an awesome day.
Betty was supposed to be baptized this week.. but some members in the ward convinced her to push it back so they could be there.. but its whatever.. so next email
This week was insane for at church. We had a ton of people actually pull through. We had more nonmembers in Elders quorum than members. It was awesome. People are making choices to come closer to our Savior and we hope to keep seeing these people progress even further.
This week has definitely been a grind but worth it. The Lord is awesome and I see his hand everyday.
