Marlee turned 4 on Christmas Eve. She had a very fun day and was totally exhausted by the end! She finally fell asleep sitting on my lap at 6:30pm, but this was just a "nap" because then she awoke a couple of hours later. Just in time for all of the Christmas Eve excitement! Grandma made her a couple of cute "princess dresses" in her favorite colors Pink and Purple!
Grandma and Grandpa gave the kids new fishing poles and so they went fishing on Christmas Eve. Marlee was the only one to catch a fish...and she FREAKED OUT when she pulled it out of the water. So the pictures are of her trying to climb away from the fish! But the rest of the day she bragged about it and told everyone that "the birthday girl caught a fish but no one else." Not bad for the only girl on the fishing trip!
We baked a Little Mermaid cake for her and she loved it!
