Nauvoo

We just returned from our trip to Nauvoo. We had so much fun and loved learning about and seeing so much of our Church history! We had personal tour guides...and had sooo much FUN! Thanks GiGi and Gramps for such a great visit! We miss you already!

This is Joseph Smith's Grave site and home.

The Nauvoo Temple

Carthage Jail, where the bullet was fired that hit Hyrum Smith.

Our waggon ride to see the sites, driven by our favorite tour guide...GRAMPS!!

Oh we love Nauvoo. When we lived in KC it was only 4 hours or so away. It is such a neat place. I am so thankful that the church restores such important places.
