Rustin found this lizard when he was showing a home. It was stuck in a bathtub in a vacant home. So he "rescued" it and brought it home in his water bottle. I was really against having a lizard inside and was absolutely SURE it would escape inside our house. Well, long story short it was supposed to be temporary and it got to stick around for quite awhile. Rylen named it SUPER SCOOTER CHEESY POCKET (which is another long story) we just called it Scooter for short. It was only about 2-3 inches long. We used a water bottle lid for its water dish.
I tried to set it free once but it stayed all day on the back porch so I let it stay longer. I think it liked us! The kids really enjoyed watching it and of course letting it out once in awhile. We finally let it go outside and now whenever we see a lizard around our house we wonder if it could be Scooter???

I love your background page. Where did you get it? That's so funny about your pet. It's crazy how many lizards crawl around on those fences. My kids always wanted to catch one but we never did.
